Who is responsible

Merchant’s Web is an owner-operated web-design business run by Aero around Lancaster, Ohio. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to aero@merchantwebworks.com.

What the forms collect

The main contact form collects your name, business name, email address, an optional current website, and what you would like to improve.

The guided questionnaire asks for more project context, such as the business, its customers and offers, desired website direction, timing, budget guidance, and whether useful photographs or brand materials are available.

The questionnaire does not upload or store files. If photographs would help, they can be shared later by email or through a link you choose to provide.

How the information is used

Your information is used to understand the request, prepare or discuss a homepage concept, reply to you, and—if you choose to continue—scope the project.

It is not sold, added to a marketing list, or used to build an advertising profile. Merchant’s Web does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking on these sites.

Delivery and service providers

Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and security. Resend delivers form notifications, and the resulting messages are received through the Merchant’s Web business email service, SpaceMail.

There is no separate website database of form submissions. Resend’s regular service retains email data for 30 days. Delivered messages remain in the business inbox until they are deleted. Brief technical request information may also be processed to prevent spam and protect the forms.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, discuss the work, maintain appropriate project records, or meet legal and accounting obligations if a project begins.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing aero@merchantwebworks.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
